What is worth asking about after-school pickup?

We have Gitanjali Primary School in Begumpet among the schools we're researching, but our main puzzle is the handoff after classes. Both adults have meetings at unpredictable times. For any school visit, how do you ask about pickup arrangements without sounding as though you're asking the school to solve your entire work schedule?
