What is the first-visit process at Grasshopper Narsingi?

Grasshopper Playschool and Daycare in Narsingi is on our early research list. Our daughter is slow to feel comfortable in new spaces. Bringing her to every place before we know the basics has made the whole process confusing, so I want to ask whether there is a preliminary adult enquiry. I am not familiar with this centre’s actual procedures.
