Vaccination tracking: app, paper card or calendar reminders?

I am scared of missing a vaccine date once work starts again. The hospital gave us a paper card, but I want a simple backup system both parents can see. What are you using and has it worked reliably?

For visitors we gave a simple message: please check before coming, wash hands, and postpone if unwell. Most people were fine once the rule was the same for everyone. Having one simple shared routine saved us a lot of confusion. Your child's response may be different, but this was our experience.

We tried something similar once, but probably gave up too early. How long did you continue before judging it? Having one simple shared routine saved us a lot of confusion. Your child's response may be different, but this was our experience.

What felt urgent at 2 a.m. often looked more manageable in daylight. We are in Chennai, so local logistics may be a little different.

Our child reacted better once we explained the change in advance instead of announcing it on the day. What felt urgent at 2 a.m. often looked more manageable in daylight. Did your child take time to adjust, or was the improvement fairly quick? Practical help from family was more valuable than extra advice for us. We are in Jaipur, so local logistics may be a little different.

Good point about asking for the details in writing. I had not thought of that. What felt urgent at 2 a.m. often looked more manageable in daylight. We made the change gradually rather than all at once.
