Somewhere near AS Rao Nagar for a toddler who only ever sees adults?

Our son is about one and a half. My mother lives with us and looks after him while we work, and we're grateful for that every day. But his whole world is adults: her, the two of us, the vegetable vendor, the security guard. In the colony park in the evenings he stands and stares at the bigger kids, then walks back to her. Nobody his age in our building. Is there any morning playgroup, toddler session or even a regular park crowd around AS Rao Nagar or ECIL where she could take him a couple of times a week? It has to be easy for her to manage in an auto. Not looking for a preschool yet.
