Should we visit Dibber Banjara Hills with our child?

Dibber International Preschool in Banjara Hills is on our list of places to contact. I would like to learn about the daily schedule and settling-in approach before introducing the idea to my daughter as a real choice. We have not spoken to the centre yet. Is a first parent-only meeting an ordinary request, and what should we ask there?
