Should a preschool visit include the child straight away?

I am considering an initial enquiry with Iris Florets in Mayuri Nagar, Miyapur. My son has started treating every place we pass as a possible new classroom, so I want to understand the usual day and the logistics before taking him for a tour. Is it reasonable to do a parent-only first meeting? I am gathering questions, not giving a review of this centre.

We visited alone first after a few confusing tours with our son.

I would ask for a parent meeting and only bring the child once it is a serious option.
