Running with a toddler in a jogging stroller. Worth buying one in Jubilee Hills?

I run most mornings and my daughter is up by 6 anyway. Thinking of a jogging stroller so she can come along a couple of days a week. Are the roads and footpaths around here usable for that, or does it end up in the storeroom?

My worry would be the footpaths more than the stroller. When ours was small we bought a good one and used it a handful of times outside the park, because of the broken edges and parked bikes. Inside a park with a proper track it was lovely. Also check that she likes sitting still for 40 minutes. Ours did not 💛
