questions to ask on school tours about the normal day, not the labs

have 4 schools on the list for my son, he's 5. every tour so far is the robotics room and the swimming pool. i want to know the boring stuff. who sits with them at lunch, what happens in the break if a kid is alone, what they do when a 5 year old just starts crying in class. what did you ask that actually got a real answer and not the brochure answer
