Preschool visits when the child takes time to warm up

Bhavan's Atmakuri Rama Rao School appears on our list of possible enquiries, and I want to understand what an ordinary visit can reasonably tell us. Our child takes a while to become comfortable in a new room. I don't want a brief reaction to become an unfair judgement. How would you plan the conversation around that?
