Lunchbox containers are taking over the kitchen

Different lids fit different boxes only when nobody is rushing. I've labelled a few things, but the pile still grows and the child wants the one container that disappeared. Does anyone have a low-effort system that survives real mornings?

Put the clean lid on its box immediately, rather than maintaining separate stacks.

We reduced it to two matching sets. Less choice was unexpectedly helpful.
