Keeping the student's questions visible in the shortlist

A student in our family is helping research Santhoshi Matha High School and cares about academic structure, while the adults are focused on travel logistics. Both matter. I'm thinking of two columns of questions rather than a single overall score. Have other families found a way to compare without pretending one number settles everything?

Keep the student's academic questions and the family's practical constraints separate.

Two sets of criteria seem more honest than a mysterious total score.

Record what is unknown as unknown; don't fill the columns with guesses.
