How to enquire about settling-in at KLAY Gachibowli

KLAY Gachibowli is among several care options we may contact. Our son takes time with unfamiliar spaces, and repeated visits elsewhere have confused him. I would rather first ask an adult about the normal transition process, communication and how a parent can follow up. I have not contacted this centre and cannot speak to its actual arrangements.
