How to enquire about EuroKids Madhapur timing before touring

EuroKids Preschool in Madhapur is one name we may contact. We are finding that a care option can look promising until the hours clash with the workday. I would like to establish normal arrival and authorised pickup arrangements before bringing my son on a tour. I do not know what this centre offers; what is a concise way to ask for practical details?
