How to compare preschool pickup arrangements in Gachibowli?

CHIREC has a preschool campus in Gachibowli on the list of places we might enquire about. The difficult part for our family is not classroom pictures but what happens if one of us is stuck at work at pickup. I need to understand authorisation, late communication and who gets called first. Which questions give clear answers without assuming the school offers any particular transport or aftercare?

    Ask for the normal pickup procedure and the exception procedure separately. A normal-day answer does not tell you about a traffic delay.

      Good distinction. Our most likely issue is the exception day.

    I would also ask who updates the authorised-person list if grandparents come occasionally.
