Kangaroo Kids International Preschool in Madhapur, Hyderabad is on our initial list, and we're still at the stage of learning what to ask. My child has never been in a regular group setting. I want to understand how a gradual start is discussed with families, without presuming any particular policy at this centre. What are two questions you'd prioritise?

    I'd ask who you would speak to if the first week is difficult. A process is more useful than a blanket promise.

      Agreed. I need to know how a conversation would happen, not hear that everyone settles instantly.

    The second question for me would be how families receive an update after the first day.
