Considering a first enquiry at Aksharam Early Childhood Education

I am looking into Aksharam Early Childhood Education in Jubilee Hills as one possibility for my son. He needs time to warm up in unfamiliar spaces. Before making a visit I would like to know whom to contact and whether parents can understand the first-day process in advance. I have not contacted anyone there and do not know how the introductions work.
