Comparing the full year's cost before switching my son to Brightmont in Malkajgiri

We are thinking of moving our 6 year old to Brightmont High School from next year. It is close to home, which matters with my clinic days. The fee sheet we were handed covers tuition, but our current school taught me that the tuition line is maybe two thirds of what we actually spend once transport, annual day costumes, trips and the club fees come in. For those who compared schools on total yearly cost, what did you ask for, and at which stage? I am planning to ask for a written list of everything billed through the year, but I do not know whether schools usually share that before admission or only after.
