Choosing a paediatrician before delivery — what should we look for beyond distance?

We have three clinics within 20 minutes. All have decent reviews, so I am not sure how to choose. Is availability on weekends, approach to unnecessary medicines, hospital affiliation, or communication style more important in the first year?
