Can we make pickup work around Attapur timings?

Bachpan Play School in Attapur is on our list, but our awkward bit is collection time. We have two preschool-age children, and both of us can get stuck on work calls until evening. Before arranging a visit I want to understand what questions parents ask about the handover and backup pickup process. I am not assuming the school provides extended care.
