baby has started headbutting me when he's tired

starts around 7 most nights. sits on my lap and slams his forehead into my chest or chin. not angry, more like he's trying to get comfortable with force. split my lip last week 🤷 daycare says he doesn't do it there. is this a normal baby thing or something to mention to the doctor
