A preliminary visit to Kidhood Gachibowli without the child?

Kidhood Preschool and Daycare in Gachibowli is on our enquiry list. My young child is beginning to take every school visit as a promise that this will be her new place. We would prefer to learn about ordinary timings and settling-in arrangements ourselves before introducing another option. Do centres normally accept a parent-first conversation?
