A daycare enquiry at KLAY Madhapur before a visit

KLAY Madhapur is one of a few care options we may contact. My two preschool-age children have quite different lunch habits, so I want to ask about the structure of meal times and ordinary parent updates. I do not know this centre’s arrangements yet and would rather hear a normal-day explanation than general promises. Which practical questions would you put first?

    I would ask what happens if one child takes longer to finish, without asking them to promise everyone will eat.

    I would also ask whether parents get routine information about meals or only exceptional updates.
