5 months old and the only way she naps on weekends is in the car

Weekdays at daycare she naps fine, apparently, on a mat with other babies. Weekends at home, nothing works. Cot, rocking, my partner's shoulder, white noise. She fights it and gets more and more cranky. Put her in the car seat and she's out before we leave the gate. Saturday I drove around Kokapet for 40 minutes so she could sleep. Today again 🤷 Did yours grow out of this on their own, or did you have to do something? Also curious what daycares do differently, if anyone knows.
