My son did this at 13 with a boy from our building and I was more upset than anyone. A year later they are friendly again. Not close, but they go for tuition together. Boys this age move around. I worried too much and called that mother too many times, I would not do that again.

When my son was a baby my husband had almost a year of late lab work. I won't lie, I felt alone in the evenings. What helped was that he took the early mornings fully so I could sleep.
