Daughter 11 months. Family group says no curd at night, saved post says curd is fine. One forward says sleep train now or never, another says never sleep train. Every message has three red exclamation marks 😅 How do you sort which ones are just preference and which ones are actually a doctor question
if nobody is getting hurt either way it's preference. that's my rule. muted the family group for 8 hours a day too
We kept a note on the phone with doctor questions only and took it to every visit. Everything else we decided between the two of us.

Arre the forwards never stop, my kids are 4 and 6 and my mother still sends me ones about babies. What helped us was asking one question, is this about safety or growth? If yes, we asked the paediatrician. If no, we did whatever suited our house.
